On this blog, I’ve talked a lot about gender identities and queer identities, and while I’ve written on fluidity, I never really addressed the fact that a lot of these identities run on a spectrum, rather than a fixed point. I’ve made a diagram to show you what I mean.
The spectrums I’ve mentioned here are sex assigned at birth, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, romantic orientation, and sexuality. Check it out:
